JOIN OUR GAME INCUBATOR INITIATIVE

To participate, interested developers are invited to submit an application that includes their game concept, a portfolio/resume demonstrating previous Roblox or UEFN experience, and any type of presentation/document showcasing the proposed game idea.
 
Applications will be thoroughly reviewed by our internal team based on a set of criteria that includes innovation, feasibility, artistic vision, market potential, and technical competence.
 
If your application is successful, you will be contacted to proceed to the next steps, which include detailed discussions and a formal agreement outlining the partnership terms, funding distribution, and revenue sharing.

Eligibility Requirements:
 
Age and Experience: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess demonstrable experience in developing games on the Roblox platform. This ensures that participants are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and have the necessary skills to execute their proposed projects.
 
Geographical Restrictions: Due to specific financial and regulatory constraints, residents from the following countries cannot participate: Afghanistan, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, China, Macedonia, Russia, Serbia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
 
Evaluation Criteria:
 
Innovation and Originality: Projects will be evaluated for their creative use of Roblox’s platform capabilities, aiming to deliver unique gameplay experiences that distinguish them from existing offerings, while respecting Roblox games’ best practices.
 
Feasibility: The practicality of the proposed timeline and development plan will be assessed, ensuring that the project is realistic and achievable within a three-month development period.
 
Artistic Vision: The aesthetic appeal and overall design vision of the game will be evaluated to ensure that it meets a high standard of visual quality and contributes to the game’s immersive experience.
 
Market Potential: Proposals will be analyzed for their potential market impact, including target demographic appeal and potential for sustained engagement and revenue generation.
 
Technical Competence: Applicants must demonstrate a proficient understanding of Roblox’s development tools, with a track record of handling complex projects, or evidence of past co-development works.
 
Funding Distribution for selected ideas:
 
The allocated funding will be disbursed in two key phases to support milestones in the game’s development: Proof of Concept, Development. This phased funding approach ensures ongoing evaluation and support, aligning financial incentives with project milestones.

No Commitment in Application: Submitting an application does not establish any commitment or obligation to Exclusible. Intellectual property rights for the game ideas remain with the applicant until a formal agreement is executed upon being selected.
 
Confidentiality Assurance: Exclusible guarantees that all information provided during the application process will be kept confidential. Information regarding developers or game proposals will not be disclosed outside of the initiative nor used without prior consent.
 
Volatility of Terms: The terms and conditions of the Exclusible Game Incubator Initiative, including eligibility criteria and funding details, are subject to change. Any alterations will be communicated to potential and current applicants as necessary.
